I've long been fascinated by this person. An artist , a musician and lots more. Best know for something he bitterly regrets, his involvement with the Manson Family which resulted in life imprisonment.
In prison he pursued his musical career building a recording studio in his cell out of bits and pieces. His most famous work is Lucifer Rising, soundtrack of the film. The story behind that soundtrack is fascinating.
There's some info here, more than I thought, I've only read the first section but it's an interesting read, interesting story, fascinating life for anyone who's interested.
