He's the relative we never talk about. Generally lock him away when we have company.

Both.

I couldn't possibly comment further........ Now were Cookie here, you'd be left in no doubt as to the reason :hehe:

But back to Alonso, this is his thread after all. What did you think of that analysis of his driving by Hughes? Did you get what he was saying? I found the Alonso analysis the most difficult to understand of the three drivers, had to read it several times and still find it hard to précis.

His articles are the Joke Sagi. They are .... not received favourably.

That I'd figured out... the question is "by whom?"!

Ah, well...

To break it down to bare bones, it sounds like Hughes is complimenting Alonso's ability to read
the car and adapt his own movements from corner to corner depending on what the situation is.

That's not what I meant. I meant he'd cut to the chase and tell you bluntly and probably graphically why that source is best not quoted.

He's analysing what Alonso does different to other drivers that gives him his edge. He does the same for Hamilton and Vettel. Each one uses a different skill/technique.

Yes, he could. With facts that were very difficult to overlook. If only we all used more facts to base our opinions on before commenting. There would be less arguing.

I am convinced that If Alonso fails to win a championship for Ferrari, the story will be he wasn't a good enough driver, never that Ferrari would be unable to make a winning car. The next couple of years will be telling.
