As much as I believe SD no longer being the team leader is a good thing for the team, I still hope he is well taken care of. I also hope that if he wants to stay within Ferrari that they offer him a great position. Having said that, I doubt he would have a problem finding positions in other teams.

There's a little more about the Marco Mattiachi >>here<<. But I'm sure he is a temp holder until a real replacement can be found.

For sure Ross will be on Ferrari's wish list, but there will be others. Perhaps Bob Bell would be another logical possibility.

To be honest, Stefano leaving was something that was going to happen. It was just when. I knew he'd be gone this year and no shocks that he was to be honest.

Although it was fast, Ferrari couldn't gamble on yet another mediocre year!!
There must have been decisions made, well in advance, as to how long to
wait and as to whom would be the replacement, interim or permanent.

Here's hoping positive changes are on the horizon!!
