One more thing Sagi, I thought you'd find this amusing given your statements. The inaugural GP in Bahrain was won by Schumacher with Barrichello second, with everyone else fighting for third.

Take solace, as Bogie would say we'll always have Paris.

Very cool!! Just wondering, did they have 24 seconds in hand, at the end of the race?

p.s. I've already googled it and the answer is a resounding "no"! Everyone finished the
race (bar Kimi) within six minutes of Schumi crossing the line!! 5.648m to be exact! :D

It was the season MS won 12 of the first 13 races.

Too bad I missed it!! :banghead:

I'm betting there weren't too many Ferrari fans who thought so...
Any more than there will be any Mercedes fans, if the season continues like this...

Except this is just the first time for Mercedes. I don't know if it will last for YEARS like Ferrari, or Red Bull's era did, but if it does, I guess I'll just have to suffer through it.

Jenson Button finished 25.32s behind the Ferrari

Where do you get the 5.648 mins ?
if Gianmaria Bruni dorve each of the 5 laps that he was down at MS qualifying pace it would have taken 7.5 mins just to get onto the lead lap

and i bet Barrichello wasn't allowed to challenge for the lead :whip:

A bit about Ferrari's test. Apparently the chassis used for the test was the one Kimi had at Bahrain and he damaged it on a kerb but they hadn't realised

They did realise though, they even said it post-race I thought.
