Im only 14 and haven't got a car yet. But wow you should be very happy with that. Does it have a turbo, because i heard it did . ... .. . .. i think
The Exige S is supercharged I believe but I would rather have a turbo.
Correct, the Exige S is supercharged and has even less visibility out the back than mine does...the standard Exige (which I have) is normally aspirated. However, it does have a secondary cam which kicks in at 6,200 rpm (you can remap the ECU so it kicks in earlier) to ensure that the car continues to pull well throughout the rev range, and you definitely know when you've hit the range. The noise is absolutely awesome. There is a supercharger you can fit to the NA but it's not a mod I'm particularly interested in doing right now!
Anyway, the car has gone back to the dealer to have some minor work done on it (and, the shame of it - they've given me a Suzuki Ignis to drive as a courtesy car (not even the sport version either!). If you don't know what it is, you don't *want* to know!). So, we get the parking permit through for the car today and t'other half notices the registration it shows doesn't match the plates on the recent pictures we took. When I got the car, I asked for the plates to be replaced as the old ones were really scabby. It turns out that the dealer managed to replace them with the wrong registration (a registration which doesn't even exist). Major oops!!
I've been through at least one ANPR camera with the wrong plates on and I'm thankful that I didn't get caught as they can take your car away and crush it for having false plates on

I'm quite surprised I was able to buy petrol for the car as I know that petrol stations have a number plate reading system and I always thought it was hooked up to some database somewhere, but obviously not!
