Yes.its pouring with rain! Merc were a second ahead in P3 with Nico fastest on the softs and Lewis fastest on the hards. Big problems for McLaren.

The Ferraris soft times were only just matching Mercedes' hard times.

It's absolutely pissing it down, a friend of mine is in Kuala Lumpur for a holiday and she flys home tomorrow but she dropped me a message saying that it's flooding the roads and coming back out of the drains.

Looks like it will be a 30min delay

What's the point of starting q and race later in the afternoon for you Europeans when there's nothing to f***ing watch! Switch Australia and Malaysia back to normal start times grab some hard core euro coffee wake up early and harden the f*** up like the rest of the world!

Yeah they've announced a twenty minute delay.........at least I'd say.
The rain should help.McLaren gain some if the time they lost relative to other teams in P3 . New for all of them now. Harsh on mag. New track a lost session and pouring with rain. What a test!

Just got another update she said it looks like another 15 to 30 mins so 45mins to an hour where as the FIA have only said 30mins

I agree, I think it's stupid. I'm perfectly happy getting up on the early hours for those two races...in fact I like doing it, makes it somehow special.

I think they were on the wrong tyres weren't they? So long as Alonso car isn't damaged it's probably done them a favour, they can now put the right tyres on

Broken steering arm on the Ferrari I believe. Definitely could see a piece of carbon fibre sticking up in the air
