On a brighter note, I was genuinely pleased for McLaren with the performance Mag put in today. A great showing!

Good for Eric, he did quite a lot for a team with little resources. Sometimes there are scapegoats but Martin Whitmarsh is a pooch screwer extraordinaire and strong evidence supporting the "rising to the level of your incompetence theory".

I believe it went beyond the Peter Principle - which is forgivable, I think he backstabbed and tried to cheat Ron out of his company and even though the team suffered selfishly refused to step down.

I think behind the smiles was something that was not right or fair
