Another red flag, looks like Vettel this time stopped on track... 13 laps so far today #skyf1

The way these guys are going faster n faster gradually is akin to a row of guys slowly zipping down their pants and being careful not to zip it down too quickly and reveal their package too soon. Of course there's a couple of 'guys' who're still checking if they have a package to start with.

You've given that analogy, much, much thought. Not that there's anything wrong with it.

Lol the image just formed in my mind while watching the timing screens.

BTW Vettel's caused another red. Bet the guy who's full of GLEE following this session is Vettel's ex teammate.

That's two Renault engined cars out in the space of one hour....Adding to the fact that Lotus have only done 7 laps and not been out for a while...

I hope this is a get used to it moment to Vettel :hehe:

I just got out the shower and laughed when I saw the RB had stopped already! lol

What's up with the rear left, looks like he was pushing it and locked up or span or both massively. Thats a huge blister or flat spot.

Image

I assume the fire extinguisher was because of the brakes getting so hot during/before the spin/lockup.

Looks like it's the day over for Red Bull already...

Also, what's the liquid down next to the front left, hydraulics or brake fluid?

Do you mean there are a couple of women in the line who are confused :yikes: or a couple of guys from Thailand who dont know how the op turned out :yikes::yikes:

If only Vlad and Andrew and Mnmracer were here. I say that of course, only out of curiosity for how they're perceiving Red Bull's progress so far.

I am guesing we would all be guilty of being morally bankrupt for suggesting RBR may not be sandbagging, and that pre season testing means nothing and that we are rumour mongers for reading too much into the new RBR mobile barbecue set

In hind sight, the drinks company comment doesn't seem as condescending. Who was it that originally made the now infamous statement?

If a driver I think it was Lewis. Probably as he was weighing up the advantages of moving to Mercedes in good time for 2014 :hehe:

Mnmracer would be screaming and smoke would be coming out of his ears and he would be providing copious statistics, page after page to show how Vettel will still be the best even if his car blows up. And we would all be morally bankrupt liars for disagreeing............sorry

Hopefully we will now get a few drivers going out for hail mary glory laps. I am quite proud of Ferrari today. Looks like they have a good solution and will supply real competition for Merc teams.

is Pirelli running some type of test today as well? Those are unbranded tires.

What I like is Seb proving to us that all it takes is to pull your toes out of the swimming pool and work harder than the rest :yikes:

Well he's walked more than he's driven at the tests so far that's for sure.
