Max has been caught with his hand in the cookie jar and every time he opens his mouth it just makes it worse. the NOW has now got one of the people involved to back its story and that leaves max with a very weak case. If no confidentiality agreement was signed by any of the parties then Max has got no breach of privacy case. It will be laughed out of court. Max is hanging on by a finger and all that needs to happen now is for someone stamp on so he finally is gone

Umm this Mosley issue a sensitive one it is. A liar he sure is, but so are many others. I would say Ecclestone, Ron Dennis and Jean Todt are all liars in one way or another. Who knows what they all get up to as well. I think Max Mosley was just a bit unlucky because he got caught. In a way just as unlucky as Ron Dennis who got caught cheating last season. Regarding Mosley stepping down. Well everyone has to go against him for that to happen. Although I would agree that he is a dirty old man, something tells me he isn't going anywhere right now. Why? Politics is why. I do not believe that Ferrari will condem Max Mosley but in fact support him. (Kimi already stated this). This is because Ferrari is deep inside the FIA itself. I think Max Mosley's fate hangs in the balance. Something tells me he has a good chance of getting through this and something else tells me he is done for. Oh well, soon we will all know the answer.

You are right that we don't know what Bernie, Ron etc. get up to in their private lives but the fact is that Max got caught. He can't enforce rules about. morality in sport when he is cheating on his wife. He is a hypocrite. One thing about RD is that he does have integrity and will admit when he is wrong and he did that when he released the statement admitting Mclaren cheated. I think that he just must survive because all of the FIA members don't have the balls to stand up against him when he does something wrong.
