Bob Varsha just stated on the SPEED Report that MM's reply to McLaren and BMW's request that he stepdown was "I expected nothing less from you considering how well you performed in WWII" !!!!

No he did not but he is SO SO very discussed with MM he want's to biatch slap him! 8) He said "Yah MM is complaining that this is his personal life but when you are the head of a worldwide entity such as the FIA you must act appropriately in both sector's of your life, perfessional and private".

I guarantee Max is going down HARD!

Several things. First, does Mosley have any evidence to suggest this was a plot by McLaren-Mercedes? I suspect not, or perhaps he will invent some saying as he has got a motive. Then he can get McLaren on some trumped up charge and get himself off scott-free. Also, how McLaren have set up Mosley I really don't know. Even if McLaren organised for the Nazi hookers to come to his house, why did Mosley partake in an orgy with them? It's not as though they were compelling him to have umpalumpa with them, nor did Mosley look particularly reticent about having the orgy.

The fact is tabloid newspapers set up important people all the time. Mosley has not been the first, nor will he be the last. Regardless of the tabloid's agenda, Mosley has been exposed for the Nazi bigot he really his, and should be sacked saying as he won't resign. Mosley should not be allowed to get away with this, but clearly he thinks he can. He is having a right laugh at everybody and being allowed to by a corrupt organisation, which, despite almost all Formula One fans being appalled, criticism from drivers and team bosses, and some of the world's largest automotive companies who also take part in the sport, are doing nothing. Mosley still swaggers around knowing he can do whatever he wants whenever he wants and get away with it, making it look as though it was somebody else's fault.

This is absolutely spot on MF, everything you say is dead right.
MM certainly was set up, otherwise there is no reason for a covert camera, whether it was McL or not (I personally think it extremely unlikely) is hardly the point, he did is what he did, and this is the point. And, according to Race Chics other post, he does it regularly.
If it was set up by McL he deserves it.
Did you notice, on the ITV pre race interviews on this subject, with senior team personnel, Ferrari was the only team to make 'no comment' - what a surprise. I think that the Tiffosi should demand a response from Ferrari. Its a worry that with possible support from Ferrari FIA, and probably Bernie, MM might just be able to pull off a recovery.
I hope that next time he gets beaten to a pulp rather than just a bleeding arse. That is quite appropriate really, the man is a bleeding arshole all of the time!

From autosport.com:

Ickx joins calls for Mosley resignation

By Jonathan Noble Sunday, April 6th 2008, 18:48 GMT

Jacky IckxWell-respected former grand prix winner Jacky Ickx has added his voice to calls for FIA president Max Mosley to resign in the wake of the scandal over his private life.

With Mosley facing mounting pressure to step down from his role following the allegations made in the News of the World newspaper, evidence of the growing feeling that the situation cannot continue has come with Ickx backing calls for such a move.

Speaking to the website of German newspaper Welt, Ickx was quoted as saying: "Regardless of how this story became public, he (Mosley) cannot continue to represent such an association - even though I regret this, as he was a good president."

Mosley has so far resisted calls to step down from his role, and wrote in a letter to the German motoring federation ADAC last week that he felt he had done nothing wrong.

However, with an ever-increasing focus on the events and suggestions that Formula One's image could be damaged if Mosley does not change his stance, it is likely that pressure on him to make a move will only increase over the next few days.

The pressure continues to mount.
