To my "untrained" eye, it would seem the biggest differences are the nose/front end of the car and the more streamlined body, this year.

I just don't buy it. Even as a vacuum cleaner it doesn't look too efficient, the whole nozzle is a structural bit and is too small. Why make the air inlet support the wing?

I agree, they do not seem to be forcing air to be used by the floor. unless the camera pods are being a bit sneaky in that direction.

I'll hold off for the Red Bull hoover, the air is pushed out the rear of that one blowing the dirt to the front of the nozzle.
