I am sure there has been posts and threads about this but I just can not see them.

Apparently their is two entries.

One by the Haas Nascar team, the other is by Kolles of HRT, and Spyker (from memory) he is allegedly backed by Dacia, the Romanian based car manufacturer (owned by Renault)

I am not sure why Renault would want to upset the apple cart here with them doing so well with RBR.

Would this new team be a 12th team? Or is one of the current ones in for the noose?

Bernie (probably in an effort to distract us from his impending date with some lustful co-prisoners) has announced he is talking with 2 possible new teams for F1. Haas has come out and indicated they are one team interested in joining F1.

While it would be fantastic to see a new team on the grid to freshen things up, they would have to become competitive for it to be worthwhile.

Haas seems to have the facilities and the proven ability to attract US sponsors so who knows...
