I understand, Martin Brundle isn't there to help you look after everything these days

Sadly I misplace Mr Brundel years ago, he's no-where to be found!

On the subject of films I watched Disneys Black Hole for the 1st time in years the other day.

By black hole do you mean their body of work outside of Pixar's offerings?

Yes the 1970's film

That film is a brilliant piece of work. The set designs, the almost Orwellian feel throughout, the amazing cast, memorable characters (I'm still gutted that old Bob 'died'). Was also a pleasant surprise to see Captain Dan Holland (Robert Forster) pop up in the last couple of episodes of Breaking Bad!

The film gives me great memories of watching it many times when I visited my grandparents house in Aberdeen in the mid 1980s.

I think my love of sci fi comes from the movie. There was a lot of the film that I did not remember from before. Also I think there was a lot of things goong on that as a kid I did not understand.

Like who was really in charge? The Doctor or Maximilan

Did anyone here catch Thor 2?

Am I the only who got utterly CHEESED OFF at the ending? I mean it's just ridiculous for a twist like that to happen (not wanting to spoil it for anyone) don't you think? As Alfred Borden in 'The Prestige' would say....'there's just TOO MUCH magic!!!'

[Jabberwocky]

The Prestige was good

[Hammer278]

Wolf of Wall Street? Anyone? Didn't premier in Msia since this country is fkin anal about high sexual content/profanity...so downloaded it and enjoyed every minute of it, DiCaprio - LEGEND!

[Hammer278]

Anyone seen Out of the furnace?

Brilliant. Just brilliant. Typical Bale performance, though everyone lived up to it. The soundtrack through the movie till the last minute, simply haunting.

[Jabberwocky]

Robocop is coming out soon. not sure if I want to watch it or not.

Have you watched "Now You See Me" is good.

[Hammer278]

Lol no.

Anyone catching NFS? Out tomorrow in theatres.

I didn't realize Keaton was in this!

They've made a film based on the worst need for speed game that was destroyed in the reviews for having one of the worst plots in video games, good work Hollywood.

I dont think I will. The trailer looks a bit pants.

Swmbo said "Robocop was crap when it came out in the 80's"

I almost called a divorce lawyer
