Raikkonen must have done a disgraceful job in qualifying yesterday, but continued his Schumacher-esque qualities in making a good go of pipping people in the pits. Massa did a good job leading from the front, something he and any other average driver can do in good equipment. He's in the title mix again, yes, but I still don't rate him that highly as a driver.

KR did not pass anybody in the pits. He overtook RK on track and the rest of the race it stayed the same. FM won his first race starting anywhere other than from pole.

Alonso is a w***er. Full stop. I have no doubts he brake-tested Hamilton coming out of that particular corner. There is never that difference in acceleration in Formula One cars. Although there's really no point in investigating insofar as Hamilton and Alonso got no points and will not be battling one another for the title, I feel it's important to know what really happened and seeing the 99%-sure guilty Alonso punished. In any case, it made Hamilton's race go from very bad to tragic, damaging parts of the car.

FA was heavier on fuel, thus accelerating slower out of the corner. LH simply underestimated this - his driver error!
BTW: he stayed on race line when he was lapped by NH - why didn't the stewards investigate that?

Finally, ITV showed exactly why they do not deserve to cover Formula One. Where the hell was the post-race press conference. Basically, because Hamilton was not there, we don't get to see it. As a Formula One fan, I was looking forward to hearing what Massa and Kubica in particular had to say. Hamilton is only one of twenty-two drivers on show.

For sure you missed a few (quite a few) 'For Sure's from FM

You cant say all BMW fans are "nice fans" unless you know them all! . I change teams with my drivers as a rule and supported BMW when they were with Williams and they ran Damon and then Juan Pablo. I followed Juan to McLaren and now support Lewis. So have i gone from being "nice" to nasty?

I don't see how you can just seemlessly shift from being a Williams to a McLaren fan; it's like suddenly changing your football team. I think what you mean is that you support a driver, and, via that, you want to see, say, McLaren do well because Hamilton is on the team. That's not really supporting the team; that's seeing them as a means to the success of your chosen driver.

I do support driver over team, Ive always stated that. Ive always moved with my driver. My drivers happen to have been at McLaren for many years now and after last year I find myself drawn closer to McLaren. I now feel they will always be the team i will want to support. So what would I do if Lewis moved to Ferrari?? Unlikely to happen but if it did I would be in a dilema. Id have to go with how I felt and I have no idea how that would be till it happenned.,

There are many reasons why they do not give press conferences. They used to show them before 2007 you know!!

Um, look, I like Ferrari and dislike McLaren too, but jeez...

I agree, it is way way over the top

Well I am so happy that I am allowed to act like this.

Now it is time to get smashed and then watch the Palermo Vs Juventus Serie A football game in exactly 5 hours from now and by then I will very higly likely just fall asleep on the couch. (That is after the football match).

Maybe you should invite Max Mosley over to your party while you are getting amashed, and have a SPANKING good time.

JB hit DC how can you say he took him out?

that move was over ambitious to say the least by Jense

DC moved around in the braking zone and left JB who was carrying way more speed into the corner because he ahd better traction out of the previous one with nowhere to go.
