I'm glad to see a fellow bmw fan

I see that you are in Monterey, maybe I will see in @ Laguna Seca in October now that BMW have reentered ALMS with their M3 (unfortuntely its Rahal Racing that is overseeing the program). This Sunday we are doing a Mustang cruise (about 60 cars) blasting down Half-Moon Bay and maybe if there's time, Monterey. I am taking this bad boy

I'm very happy with this result :D! First top three starting position for BMW since '05 but Massa has the fastest car on all fuel load's so I predict a win or a spin . Most likely Massa will win unless Kimi or Lewis have a perfect race/pitstop stategy.

My top three prediction's for the race:

1. Massa
2. Kimi
3. Lewis or Kovi

what do you think about kubica??

I think Robert ROCK'S! IMHO he is a true gentleman, handles himself with everyone very genuinely and professional and quite frankly I hope he can win the race. I have liked BMW for a very long time and I wish them and Robert the best of luck in the race and the season.

bmwpower,
Dude I would like to see more pic's of your car, it's killer, and it's mod's etc etc but post them in the 'Anything Else' forum so we dont go off topic ok?

Damn that is b-e-a-utiful!!! Ha yeah I cant wait for that m3, but what I want to see this year at laguna is peugeot at Seca. I know this is off-topic, but if you see this car its me...its the only red one in Monterey right now, its not nearly as fast as yours, but owell. To bad I blew all my money on it.

I am happy for him and BMW.
I like Kubica & think he is a very good talent. He would have done just as good a job as hammy did at mcLaren in 2007 if the position were reversed no question about it.
The only difference would have been he would not have had Ron’s special tender loving care.

Oh give over! Yes Kubica's good. Lewis himself has said he is his biggest threat. Why bring everything back to a dig at Lewis?

No one here thinks that Kubica can win the race?! He put the car on pole and i expect Massa to come under some real pressure from kimi when he leapfrogs lewis at the start leaving kubica and out of danger to drive from pole to finish. I hope he wins it will make the title race brilliant having 5 guys with a chance of winning.

I think he can do it. I am willing to bet that he has more fuel than Massa and maybe only a lap or two less than the cars directly behind him. As long as he doesn't make any mistakes and gets through the first lap in front, his chances are very good. Hopefully Heidfeld and Kovalainen will pass Raikkonen and Hamilton. It probably won't happen, but it would be nice. :)

Probably because the Number one reason Hammy did what he did in 2007 was because he had the best car. Number two reason was because he is a very talanted driver, just like Kubica is - SIMPLE

Kubica was missing the most important component in the equation – Number one. Without it you perform like a big pile of number two

Yes both Lewis and Kubica are highly talented. Neither have a one or two on their car or in their contract. I prefer Lewis but I dont constantly slag off Kubica!!

No but you constantly SLAG OFF Ferrari every chance you can, which I would say is 99.9999% of the time

I slag off the fact that Ferrari have had an unfair advantage over other teams because of their relationship with the FIA. I do NOT slag off their current drivers as they seem fair and reasonable sportsmen. Schumacher was not. I also like the new Ferrari team principal Stephano Dominicalli- he seems a reasonable guy. I take people as I find them and do not slag them off per se because of who they are

Fair enough.
But I would not call my comments about hammy as SLAGING him. I am just stating the way I see his performance in 2007. It was nothing so unbeleivably stupendous when he was in the best car. You take it as slaging because you think so highly of him and cannot accept anything else.
