By tagging along, if you are in a group of people and stay quiet in real life they still know you are there with them, hopefully you are smiling along too. On a forum its different, you may have left.

Gotta explain something else, most people including me are pretty imperfect, and get things wrong or make bad decisions or have bad habits, but there's a sense of empathy hopefully underneath. That's what I meant by the fundamentals v the surface.

Okay your last paragraph makes some sort of sense...but your second is still pretty trippy. Did your long term crush give you a smile in the distance/a poke on facebook....maybe something more concrete like....a "like" on one of your pics perhaps. Do share.

Heh, no real preamble for the second paragraph. OK so, if you are with a group of friends, and not saying much, they still know you are out with them by site, on an internet forum you won't be noticed so much, so you have to chip in with a post occasionally so people do know you are still part of the community.

As for that, oh no, it's much more solid by this point, 6 days ago I was accelerating new years eve with her, it's been great for a while, and was great as friends too, just I wasn't feeling too good myself to feel it properly, by now I can. But we live in different countries, so I can't see her too much.

Sorry but here in the real world we measure temperature with CELCIUS. Kindly convert to appropriate measurement.

But we don't get much practise with snow, and we get WET snow, different snow; but we're great at coping with rain.......oh hang on, we get floods and hosepipe bans both in the same year. Hmmmmmmm.

I know the ice isn't good for the plants and trees; but, when the sun came out,
it was just absolutely stunning to see everything sparkling in the light!!

The trees looked like crystal chandeliers!! Mother Nature at her best!!

I think we need to start a Canada sub-forum for Sagi and Operman. There is a lot of Canada talk on the boards these days, and to be frank, it's just getting out of hand. All this coffee and weather talk - it is just not cricket.

.we could invite these two to become members and keep them company....?
