Why would anything we know about An make him homosexual? Its not like he came out and said he found Seb or Webber disturbingly or painfully attractive did he :yikes:

I have no idea it was just a feeling I had

You do know you can call a man disturbingly good looking and not be homosexual?

I personally think Justin Timberlake or Bradley Cooper are disturbingly good looking. And I'm not homosexual.

I dont find people who have facial hair, muscles, testosterone attractive. Some might be less painful on the eye but not interesting or attractive or disturbing in any way whatsoever.
I just dont see the attraction in something thats completely known, only in something different and visually and mentally different.
You are either physically attracted (disturbed) to something or you are completely indifferent. Thats different to saying 'Justin timber is good looking' saying 'Justin I find attractive to me, I find disturbs me because I get a feeling'

heres the test, like the 'foot massage' scene in Pulp Fiction - say you were at a Sheep show in Wales, and you had 2 sheep in the final, you could probably say sheep a was easier on the eye than sheep b. But would you say you found sheep disturbingly attractive? Would a sheep farmer who found one of his sheep disturbingly attractive be a good boss?

No one should be judged by what arouses feelings in them, thats just how things work. However if you are saying that Justin stirs certain feelings or you find him physically and 'movingly' attractive, then I suggest you start to listen to your feelings more and be true to yourself

Agree with you, on this!! I read once (don't ask me where or when) that we tend to find someone either attractive
or not attractive depending on how we view ourselves and what we want to be.

Personally, I find Rachel Welch, Bette Midler and even Selma Hayak disturbingly gorgeous,
in spite of not being attracted to them sexually!!

Now that I think about it, may that's we find some people instinctively find someone annoying, if they remind us of
something we don't recognize/like about ourselves. And, if I'm not mistaken, that's based on Jung's Shadow theory!

Here's a question: is there any chance that comment was an inside joke?
It's possible there is more to it than Whitmarsh suddenly declaring his attraction!!

The actual quote was

"People will always try to be cynical in this sport. But when Jenson won the last race Lewis went up to him spontaneously and hugged him. No amount of spin or PR from us is going to create that. We are in the unusual position of having two of the best drivers in the world, who are both young, disturbingly good-looking chaps with star quality."

So whoever is saying he has the hot's for Jenson and not poor Lewis are wrong. Seems the Lewis fans/Jenson haters have a selective memory ;P

I remember the quote perfectly well and I still think it's a very odd choice off words to describe your two drivers. I also Remember subsequent comments, body language and TP decisions.

'Poor Lewis' , how so? Why would Lewis want Whitmarsh lusting after him? And whats 'poor' about moving from a team in disarray to a team that came second and is gunning for championships. I see nothing 'poor' about Lewis.

If you remember the Quote perfectly well then why are you not applying it to Lewis and only to Jenson? You and your buddies here have used that quote all year and you have used it incorrectly, why do you have to lower any one else to make you higher?
I love F1, I dont care if Lewis has a dog, Nicole is just a person. I want my driver to drive but JB gets a pass for this year he is old. I bet everyone of the guys here would want JB's money and the chance to drive a F1 car.

I have seen so many people bullied off this forum, all of them were not Lewis Hamiton fans.

Whimarsh also told the press that he had promised Jenson he would kiss him not just on the cheeks but inbetween if he won a race. This was Silverstone 2010 after Button had messed up quali completely whilst Lewis had qualified at the front

Then he bursts into tears when Button comes from behind

Maybe someone could explain the motivation behind calling Button PEERLESS at feedback and development considering 2013 and the fact McLaren are after Alonso.

Is this not an example of distortion of perception caused by emotional tensions?
Especially when all the other clues are added up to produce the disturbing context

Disgraceful behaviour for a Boss in charge of careers of other people as well

Is it possible that once that comment was made, it put a different spin on how "subsequent" comments, actions, etc were perceived and interpreted?
