I could smell it being an April fools joke a mile off before I even clicked on the topic. Anybody remember last year's joke when James Allen was apparently quitting ITV for his family?

Genius! :mrgreen::wink::P

Could have been a better reason than quitting for his family though!

Quitting to look after his sick horse would have been a good one, or demotion to ITV website editor...

Schu Reckons Massa Must Win To Continue
Michael Schumacher believes that Felipe Massa must put his head down and win the race this weekend if Felipe Massa is to continue driving for Ferrari.

The Seven time world champion, who acted as a mentor to the Brazilian in 2007, believes he has played all of his excuses in the first 2 races of the season, and good results are necessary.

The German isn’t entirely ruling him out of the championship though.

“He (Massa) has zero points for the season, so it is not the best of starts … he has played his jokers so far, and doesn’t really have any more jokers to play,” Schumacher told Reuters

“But things will turn around very quickly I think in his favour. He is certainly still very capable of winning the championship this year.”

“He was very strong in Bahrain last time, so there is no reason why he cannot do it again and win impressively.”

Kimi:- Felipe you dummy, only press the pedel this much coming out of those corners
Felipe:- HA HA HA thats why, silly me  SShhh don't tell anyone else its our little secret:wink:

FERRARI NUMERO UNO VIVA LA TIFOSI

Agreed!

By the way it is correctly written as FERRARI È NUMERO UNO, VIVA I TIFOSI but still an excellent effort for an American Ferrari Tifoso. :D Now to all F1 supporters out there, as per tex's Avatar, Uncle Sam says "I want you to Support Ferrari" so do it now.

By the way I really miss Michael Schumacher driving for Ferrari. It is not the same without him. 11 years of Schumi behind the Ferrari wheel is a long time, especially when you are growing up. He is the test driver. I wish he can do just one more race in place of either Massa or Kimi, hopefully Massa just one time soon for real. Just one more time for me and the fans would be a dream made true. :D

That would definitely be the race of the decade if not century! Man I wish I knew how to Photoshop so I could post a pic of the podium celebration where Michael soak's Lewis with champagne from the victory podium  !

Hamilton beat Schumi now that is laughable to the extreme! As if. He and Kimi Raikkonen are both crap compared to Schumi. Yeah Hamilton can give Kimi a run for his money and may even be a bit better, but Schumi ALWAYS kicked Raikkonen's arse and he would do the same to Hamilton with ease if they both had equal cars. McLaren has a fast car. I would like to see Hamilton win with say BMW or Renault? I bet he wouldn't even finish on the podium. Schumi on the otherhand won his first world title in a Benetton-Ford, a car far more inferior to the Williams-Renault of the time.

I'm afraid that's not quite true. The Williams FW16 was a bitch to drive, having no grip in slow-speed corners and a very twitchy rear end, playing their part in Senna's fatal accident. Further, Williams were running the tanks virtually empty over the winter to impress their sponsors and show the team was still a cut above the rest. I am also certain that Benetton had traction control - you could hear it - and possibly even launch control. That Senna did so well in the Williams, getting three poles and some incredibly fast laps around the circuits (sadly, spinning off in Brazil, however, trying to get the win, which, at that stage, was off the cards thanks the Benetton's shifty pitstop) I think shows Senna was better than Schumacher.

No. Wrong premiss (Benetton WAS inferior) and wrong conclusion (MS already then was the supreme F1 driver).
