.......All teams hand over 30% of their revenue and each team gets one tenth of it. Mercedes hands over 30% of their global revenue to the 10 F1 teams. Red Bull hands over 30% of their global sales. Ferrari puts in 30% of their sales and gets one tenth of the pool. My quick sums means that gives each team about $3 billion a year - who needs budget caps.

If this happens, Im starting LRW Racing UK Ltd. I'll chuck £2k in the pot if it mean I'll get $3b back. :D

Entries have now closed, you and I got our teams in .... what are you spending your loot on? I'm ringing the bell in every bar on Fields Ave for whole week :drink:

Hookers, whips and a Nazi uniform.

I bet you waste the rest of it

...Yes I can write a Gettysburg address with my left hand whilst making money with my right, and can do that pretty much all day long. Spelling and grammar do suffer though

I noticed. And, to be honest, sometimes I can't get past the suffering of spelling and grammar!! :banghead:

I can sometimes be slightly dyslexic, you got something against dyslexics?

a little bigotry maybe? :hehe:

Ronald Davis's book The Gift of Dyslexia presents dyslexia with a unique viewpoint and states that "dyslexia is an unintentionally self-created condition ... [and] is the result of a perceptual talent... in some situations, the talent becomes a liability."[104] Upon looking at a list of people diagnosed with dyslexia, important historical figures have had dyslexia or succeeded because of dyslexia. Davis explains that the nonverbal picture thinking mode is superior to verbal thinking which is limited by the brain's ability to process and think auditorially.[104]:100 Davis explains that the adage of a "picture is worth a thousand words" to describe Einstein's daydream which spawned his theory of general relativity as simple because of his visual thought process.[104]:100

I know what Dyslexia is and how it manifests itself, thanks!!
That said, you either are or aren't Dyslexic, you can't use it as an excuse or rationalization,
especially not for grammar!! 8-)

p.s. do you find yourself getting lost when following right/left directions? :)

I can't do left and right. And I can't do words with ee or ea. just can't see the difference. Hey ho.
#385125
Me neither, but I can work out the implications of a G7 fiscal policy change on the behaviour of a diverse group of asset allocators fairly quickly., just can't write it out or spell it perfectly :hehe:

And in today's world which of those skill sets are more beneficial to the person and the community in general? I know which I encourage in the kids in my class!!!
#385133
Yes it's really sad when most educators encourage the kids who conform and agree with the standardised drivel they are taught, whilst ridiculing and ostracising those who dare to think for themselves and are not so good at regurgitating and accepting formulaic and dated notions of 'intelligence' or compliance

We need more teachers like you RC
