Because when its a boss and his employee, sexual harassment becomes a real risk, as well as the chances of letting sexual tensions and emotions affect the running of the company.

Its also cant be motivating for the staff when the boss regularly bursts into tears and calls an employee who struggles with setup PEERLESS at feedback.

What about a shy secretary who is bullied by her boss, is that fair?

Its just unprofessional to have sexual feelings for employees at work, any work, and its even worse to let them affect judgment that affects other staff

Coming in on the end of this discussion after a bottle of wine ......it doesn't matter what sexual persuasion anyone is, but exploiting any relationship when in a professional position, to the advantage or disadvantage of another person is wrong. It's unprofessional at least.
