Just looking on Sky Bet at the odds for next years WCC & WDC.

Im surprised at some of the odds. I think Grosjean and Rosberg are a little harsh. And I cant believe they think RedBull are that odds on!

Anyone fancy a little flutter...?

Paul di Resta....lol

Of all those, Ricciardo's and Rosberg's look most attractive. Ricciardo could well surprise and beat his teammate, same with Rosberg and these two teams are going to be up there for sure.

This is the time to grab some good prices, especially if you have a few accounts and some in overseas places. There are also bargains to be had on betfair. You can exploit a few biases around this time like status quo and patriotic and plain silly.

Vettel is too high, Rosberg is too low and those are likely to change as the season start approaches. So one could profit even before the season starts

if you were into betting that is, I like to have a few things on as part of a grand strategy and overall make money every season if I dont start messing around once the season starts. Did very well on Merc and Mac last year, and this year Lewis, Merc, Rosberg, Mac, Mag, Button, Seb, FI, Hulk are all part of the campaign :wine::hehe:

Kimi at 9/1 is worth a few quid I think, thats quite long odds especially if the Ferrari is competitive!

Also Rosberg at 18/1 and Button at 25/1 are worth a few quid too, especially if the Mercedes engine is dominant as a lot expect it to be.

But my biggest tip is Caterham for the WCC, well worth the 2500/1 odds - I believe it works out that for every £1 you bet you get £0 back :rofl::rofl:

What about Force India 100/1. Merc engine, and they have proven talent in the aero department with 2 very talented drivers. Merc could mess up. If 2009 could happen, this one is far less of a stretch.

I'm actually wondering why William's odds are so low? 33/1 given the season they just had? In all honesty they should be around 150/1!

According to these bookies Buttons rookie teammate is 3.4 times more likely to beat him to the WDC than Nico to beat Lewis in a car 6x more likely to win the WCC

That is a truly mindboggling appraisal of a WDC with the most experience on the grid

and heres a more Britain focussed bookie

S Vettel 4/5
L Hamilton 4/1
F Alonso 5/1
K Raikkonen 9/1
D Ricciardo 12/1
N Rosberg 20/1
J Button 20/1
K Magnussen| 25/1
R Grosjean 33/1
N Hulkenberg 40/1
F Massa 100/1
S Perez 100/1
V Bottas 125/1
A Sutil 150/1
P Di Resta 150/1

If you do not think that Seb will win the championship, for £47 you can make at minimum of £1 and the max of £203.

If you want to play it mega safe and add seb into that, it will cost 1000's

We should start a poll for this. No need for sky to get involved.
