RC, you never fail to disappoint when it comes to uncorking a quality wine. Tonight, I'm drinking the Don Cayetano Chardonnay from Chile, which is gorgeous. Creamy, with all the classic Chardonnay flavours of peach and apricot, and off-dry as well.

It may not have the prestige of your St. Emilion, but it's a damn fine tipple.
