Yet we hate very few other nations.

Jeez my parents had some English friends and they hated, the French, Italians, anyone from central Europe, Australians (bunch of criminals), Americans, the Irish and especially Germans. Scots they didn't hate, just regarded them as stupid and worthy only of jobs the English didn't want. This was a while back, but now at least you know where the attitude comes from.

Seriously though there does seem to be almost poles apart in tje outlook of english people. Those thay do not care what nation you are from and then there is the total bigots

I can't hate anyone, being of mixed parentage myself but what I do get sick off....are people from outside the country coming into this country like "oh yeah we are wayyy richer than you" *coughcoughsingaporeanscoughcough* I mean with a country 1/30th the size, if you can't manage that little speck of land floating on our waters for virtually rent-free, then you really need to dig a hole somewhere.

Just in a 'bigot-tee' mood don't mind me.

I think the problem with England ( I say England because it's more of an issue there than Wales and Scotland) is there are too many people for a tiny country. Doesn't matter where all the people come from, there are too many. The roads are congested constantly, green belt getting swallowed up for housing and health service stretched to capacity. People then start looking to point the finger, but I think it's just way too many people and it can't go on like that.
