I saw my doctor a couple of days ago regarding an ear infection and some sinus problems. He looked at my nose and said that there was an issue with the erectile tissue in my nose. I thought that that couldn't be quite right, but he explained that everyone (male and female) have erectile tissue in the nose. It fills with blood and either expands or condenses depending on air temperature...

So yeah, I have erectile dysfuntion in the nose...

made the stuffing, well more of a dressing since it's not actually stuffed into the bird. put the turkey in a an orange lemon and sugar brine with a laundry list of spices. and will make some flan in a little bit. tomorrow it's just making the turkey, green beans and mashed potatoes.

I know the flan isn't traditional but the bakery sold out of the pumpkin bread pudding we were going to have for dessert so I'm improvising.
