Not quite today but on the weekend I got engaged!

Today I made another change in my quest to be more healthy and took a nice salad to work instead of a sandwich and pack of crisps. I felt much better in the afternoon after that, so hopefully I can keep it up! Now I just need to address the lack of iron I'm getting, and my evening meals (which are still hit-and-misas) and I reckon I'll have a solid plan to focus on. Time to get myself out of these massive clothes.

I did a drive-by at Blue to check out the guns. When I returned home, I fired up the Gaggia and watched the "Day of the Doctor" (recorded on the weekend). It was EXCELLENT!!!!!

Also .... congrats to Bud on his engagement. I did the same this summer.
