Matthew is such a slow sounding name. I'll never be a race driver, damn. :hehe:

Better than Colin Turkington I suppose.

WORLD CHAMPION COLIN!

Errr Colin Mcrae?

McRae is a fast surname though, so I suppose it makes up for it.

What about Senna as a name....?

Conflicting feelings for me..

I can't get past the talent and speed of the guy Ayrton senna Di Silva the best ever. The name is synonymous with speed and I can't disconnect it. Like Enzo Ferrari

Enzo is good. So is Hamilton, when I first heard Hamilton i went "now that's a name! !!

Stirling Moss is probably one of the most fitting World Champion's name.

They should give out championship points on quality of name.

I think the fastest-sounding name I've ever heard is Elio de Angelis.

Really? that sounds like a well known painter/artist.

No. Anyone with Scott as a first name is slow. Jack Brabham. Mika Häkkinen. Fangio.

Then there is the thing about double letters in F1 surnames
