Not a lot happening in these race threads these days. It was a bit of a snooze fest. Almost fell asleep... The racing taking place behind Vettel was mediocre to say the least. This confirms my earlier suspicions that COTA is a terrible race track. Always bound to happen when you try to rip off famous corners from other circuits...

The only thing remotely unique about that track is turn 1...

At least Indianapolis had character with it's banked section...

Not sure which race you saw, but there are a number of passing opportunities at the circuit and I saw a lot of non DRS passing. Maybe it's the fact that you fell asleep? I would actually say that it was the racing behind Vettel that featured the excitement and was free of mediocrity.

I have to agree with WB here. There was enough interest to hold my attention, despite competition from the CFL, NFL and tornados in Illinois.

Yeah I must admit, it wasn't like the Japanese Grand Prix where I fell asleep... But I was almost about to fall asleep. I missed the first 4 laps as well...

I checked my TV Guide and it said Formula One was on at Midnight Monday morning... Bought some munchies and opened a can of Smirnoff only to realise it was a delayed broadcast of Qually, and that the race would be shown from 6am... So I got about 4 hours of sleep (on top of my phone too), and maybe that also adds to my pessimistic view of the race.

Still looking forward to Brazil.

Vettel might of won the race, but Alonso is the real winner, his girlfriend is a real stunner. They have been putting the cameras on her a lot this year, same can be said about Sutil's GF as well in the last couple races.

I must concur. Looks like Michibata had her time in the sun, and now the media is moving on to fresh faces. When Sutil's gf went all "oh no" after he crashed out I just wanted to put my arm around her and say "there there". :cloud9:

You should make sure there are no champagne flutes in the vicinity if you do that!!

Nothing tops a braless Nicole jumping for joy in a flimsy sun dress though.

Although I think Nicole is a stunner, and Jessica is very attractive (I heard she and Booton were splitsville .. can anyone confirm), Sutil's babe is more my type. Is she the concert pianist from several years back? :wavey:

To me in terms of WAGS Louise Griffiths ( :duckie: 's ex) is most stunning.

Button did say getting her to go out with him was way harder than getting into F1. :censored: brat can you believe that.

I second that, she is all round the most disturbingly attractive, body, skin tone, Sutils gf is a close second, absolute peach, then Alonso's

Michibata has acquired the same ratface by hanging around with :duckie: too long, like dogs a downers start looking alike

When they said who she was my first thought was. "I always thought he was gay"
