Oh a German website being confident of the German engine? Shocked.

Seriously though, Merc only seem the most reliable because their the only ones going out publicising what they are doing with the engine, Reanult and Ferrari are quiet about their progress, so we won't know until the chequered flag in Australia.

They are factually the most reliable so far because they have actually published numbers. Merc producing data showing that they are 25% above reliability threshold where their rivals have not is not a question of seeming most reliable. If renault and ferrari are quiet about their progress in achieving the 4000 km benchmark then they are not factually more reliable than actual numbers

They werent quiet about hitting 3000km
By mid-October we heard at Mercedes, Renault and Ferrari through the bank that 3000 km are the greatest feeling.

Its not rocket science

just because their rivals are playing the cards close to their chests doesn't mean they haven't managed that.

Be afraid. Be very afraid. But you're a Williams supporter. Be happy. Be very happy.

You really think that they would hide the fact that they have achieved the 4000km benchmark from their customers and the press had they achieved it yet?
This is not a matter of sandbagging or hidding performance, this is straightforward confirming that they have achieved the parameters set by the FIA
Last we heard they had achieved 3000km and Merc 5000km

Why would anyone keep their cards to their chest when its a basic requirement, like having 6 cylinders is a basic requirement

Once it works (4000km) they will confirm that, they dont have to say if its 4100 or 6000, 10000

'oh we wont tell anyone we have made an engine that switches on because we are keeping things close to our chest, lets pretend our engine hasnt even been switched on and makes no sound at all, that will fix them'

I'm not saying that, but Merc are defiantly being the loudest about their new Power Unit; just saying the one who builds their own pedestal has the furthest to fall.

They are not building a pedestal, just being efficient

Keep that in mind every time you read your signature.

He set himself up for a fall and fell (when he changed his sig to /2014) and will have to then change it again to 2015. :hehe:

His signature is a complete lie and fabrication of the facts that happened, and I find it immoral and incomprehensible that everyone just stands by and lets him get away with it. You are all immoral and disgusting, and I dont know how you live your lives.

fact.
