So after Seb does donuts in India and gets a Warning and a fine from the FIA, is it just me that thinks he showed utter contempt to the entire organisation by doing them again the very next race in Abu Dhabi?

Of course they will behave like whipped dogs and just give him another stupid little fine so you cant blame him really

Vettel and Red Bull are deemed to have breached Article 43.3 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations as he failed to proceed directly from the circuit to the post-race parc ferme without delay.

He wasn't penalised for the donuts.

I don't think so. I do remember the team not being best pleased, but I don't think there was anything from the stewards.
