I would imagine that Ross will not have a problem finding another job. Imho he would be second on the list to Newey for person you would want in your team.

I'm now keen to see the magic which Lowe will provide to the team, obviously Mercedes/Wolff saw it clearly to bring him over prematurely to the team. Even though he has almost zero track record compared to Brawn.

Can't see Mercedes exposing themselves too badly to let a very important figure walk away this way. Sad news though, but when Lewis said "Brawn's decision will not affect Mercs future" it was a big enough hint.
