Well, that all got a little crazy...

So, who thinks Seb won't seal it in India? I can't see him failing to do so, short of retirement, personally.

Wtf is he saying all that time, can someone with a better ear pls write a transcript of that vid?

Even F1's team radio transcript doesn't have it.

Tell him to get out of the way [distorted].

Just read the last few pages from today - what a train wreck. Somebody seriously needs to grow up.

Let's get back on topic... You guys think Vettel will get booed when he wins in India? If he doesn't it could make it three for three!

No, I dont think he will, not in India.

You're probably right LRW. In fact, will there actually be many people in attendance? Ughhh these soulless events need culling.

I know puns are the lowest form of humor but do you have to be so harsh and say they're immature?

For the quality of this argument..... Actually..... I hope I NEVER have to see that phrase on the forum ever again, it has to be one of the most irritating things I have ever seen repeated again, and again, and again

And on... and on.... and on.... and Ariston.... (very dated reference there - some might get it.... :D )

Back on topic - I really do find Vettel a puzzle. He's still in my 'favourite' drivers list in my signature as regardless of the way that people view him, and regardless of whether or not his team mate is being disavantaged etc. Vettel has still made the very most of the equipment that he has over the past few years, and this year has just got stronger and stronger. Then you watch videos like the one above, and it just comes across as a whining, spoiled child, it lowers my opinion a little because we've heard it so many times in the past and viewed the petulant behaviour coming directly from him with our own eyes (Istanbul 'crazy' implication etc.).

I've never been one to form opinions of drivers based on interviews etc. because I don't beleive somebody is truly being 'themself' in a media interview, however I do place some weight on what we see and hear of them in the cockpit or post-incident etc. and at times, Vettel's behaviour is just abysmal. To clarify, I'm not talking about things like aggressive driving (I don't have any problem with that), I'm talking about general bad behaviour - not in a 'bad boy' Kimi / Hunt type of way, but in a spoiled public schoolboy type of way, which can render Vettel inherently unlikeable.

And that list of names you have there, zurich, some great, some not, it doesn't matter, you simply can't imagine any of them being like that.

Vettel gives the impression that he doesn't want the bubble to burst but that it could at any moment, and it frightens the s**t out of him; he's trying to maximise whatever he can reap so he can look back and say, look at my greatness, it's all in the record books.

I hope the cars are much more equal next year and we get to see how Vettel handles an unwieldy car in the thick of battle. We've seen Lewis do it, we've seen Alonso do it. I want to see what Vettel does.

Make a hash of it probably. That's most peoples' assumption, isn't it? That's what we've seen so far, raw speed, no racecraft.

Part of me would love to see him struggle and overcome that, and be a proper driver, even if he never won a WDC again. It might garner him some respect.

And another part of me would think, oh FFS, maybe he was good afterall. How annoying.
