I got a crappy exam in the morning and then I got my hair dyed for the first time,actually they are highlights

As an engineer, I must ask, why do women never get lowlights?

Spent the day cleaning up after the typhoon.

Hopefully it's just clean up then; Still got access to watch the race?

I didn't know this till recently but Hurricanes that cross over into the Pacific are immediately then referred to as Typhoons.

We were right in the path, so a fair bit of damage. Sadly a few huge old trees blown over. Power and water off for a short while, but race viewing not disturbed.

Hope everything sorts out ok Spanky. Shame about those trees. Family in Shanghai had a typhoon couple of days ago (same one?) their main problem was water, there's a river back of the house and the basement is below . They were ok but other houses nearby had the basements flooded.

Senna the movie on tele. I've actually got the DVD but I can't stop watching it.

What a star that man was!! Now if you want yo take about greatest you've ever seen....there is an extremely strong candidate!!

EDIT: I shouldn't watch this film because I get so cross at what Balestre and Prost did to Senna. Grrrr. They always fight dirty/politically when they can't beat a driver fairly.
