They're both fairly equal to me, but it's their personalities which differ so greatly - fire and ice.
I do, however, rate Alonso slightly higher because he ALWAYS delivers, whereas Kimi seems to have some races where he's somewhat...boring. He seems to have 'down races' where he makes little progress and sometimes even comes together with other drivers, whereas Alonso is slightly more consistently high-scoring and mistake-free in his race craft. Just my opinion, though. There's not much between them.

I think Alonso will whup his bottom consistently to start, then, depending on how Kimi takes it, the gap will become Massaesque or will be a close run points battle

And that's the question, is the Kimi now anywhere near the pre championship winning Kimi since we know the pre dain brammage Massa was better than the post championship winning Kimi.

...and would either of them be able to topple Alonso. I'm actually very excited to see how this pairing pans out for Ferrari. 2014 is going to be a fantastic season.
