Whodathunk that a Jeep would be leading the Korean GP? :hehe:

Sadly the Korean's have inadvertently revealed Filipino plans to enter a team in the 2014 F1 season. I don't want to strike too much fear into the hearts of the perennial leading teams, but as you can see, Filipino ingenuity and engineering skills have shaped what may well be the next dynasty in grand prix racing.

Here you can see the Filipinos are well advanced with their wind testing (they just need to add the tunnel bit)

What a joke the Marshalls were today, dont need this track in the calendar at all

Can they scrap this DRS bollocks yet :(( too much good racing it gets in the way of.

DRS = Dead Racing Syndrome

oh and Great overtake by Lewis while dodging another shitbox Pirelli tire :thumbup:

Force India has disintegrated like a Pirelli tire. Sauber has made a fantastic step and IMO it's a shame Ferrari didn't pick up Hulkenberg, he's a real talent, consistent, fast and deserves a top tier ride.

Given the situation, he may single highhandedly help Sauber overtake FI in the WCC and I'd love to see that race as well as the Ferrari Mercedes battle.

I'd be suprised, they are 31 points behind FI with 5 races to go, which assuming FI dont score any more points, Hulkenburg would have to average 7th in every race for it to even be touch and go. Unless Hulk gets a podium and has solid points in all the races its too little too late in my opinion.

As for next year, if Lotus dont take him, then they are crazy. Yes he may be 0.1 secs a lap slower because of weight, but he will gain them more through skill plus his racecraft today was exceptional. It was a defensive display that Hamilton and Alonso would have respected and been proud of themselves!

Who would have thought that the most dull race of the year (ignoring Monaco but that's not a race) would produce some of the best racing we've seen all year.

Rate the Grand Prix out of 10?

I'd say about 8.

It was actually very, very good. Predictable winner, but what happened behind was excellent IMO. Good scraps, plenty of passing, lots of all-round action.

A very entertaining Grand Prix, and the 2nd such race to come from this circuit.

Nico reminded me of this

Nice one BBC, they announced the results on CBBC news this morning before they showed their highlights program which I wasn't able to watch anyway and STILL waiting on it to become available on Iplayer.

It was a crap race with inability to overtake. Runaway winner .....agen :yawn: incompetent track management, useless tyres. Enhanced by a fire and a fire truck on the racing line ahead of the field, random? :yikes: ...entertaining , but F1?? A good battle between Alonso and Lewis, relentless and clean..but for 5th and 6th? Getting really exasperated with all this. Oh, credit to Hulk for his defensive abilities.
