Ej said kimi is signed and the deal is done.

EJ would do a better job as a stand-up comedian, the way he keeps hopping around as though busting for a pee each time he makes a (usually ridiculous) point.

People said that about when he seemingly randomly claimed Hamilton was moving to Mercedes way before any other speculation, he also very quickly discounted Kimi from Red Bull and claimed that it WILL be Daniel Ricciardo back when Webber first announced retirement.

Ricciardo replacing Webber has been obvious ever since he started at Torro Rosso.

OK, I'll accept that he does have some inside knowledge, being close to the F1 establishment and all that. But please, why does he have to keep doing that annoying hopscotch every time he has to say something? Looks ridiculous for a grown man to do that on TV.

I bet if we followed you around with a camera and microphone all day, there would be some hilarity ensuing for sure. Brand recognition man!

EJ firsts, Schumacher coming back from retirement, (as part of the Brawn Merc deal) Hamilton signing with Mercedes (back in June of last year) This whole affair with Red Bull as pointed out about. If you ask me, he can tap dance instead of hopscotching if he wanted to as long as he keeps scooping up the rest of the F1 media riffraff.

^^ that last pairing's battles would be quite controversial in this forum were it to happen.

Which pairing?

One thing with a potential pairing of Raikkonen and Alonso at Ferrari is that the Finn is likely to qualify ahead of his teammate in most races. That might make a difference in the final result. It is my belief that Alonso's Achilles Heel of comparatively poor qualifying has resulted in failure to win more races with what is essentially a very race winnable car.

Qualifying hasn't been Kimi's strong suit, he's known as a pace driver and it's a fact that he was regularly out qualified by Massa, and we've seen how Massa has fared in qualifying against Alonso.

My conclusion was completely the opposite of yours unless we're bringing in the EJ factor once again in this one.

So what do you guys think will happen to Massa? Think he'll try to get a spot on another team, or retire?

Porsche is hiring for their Le Mans effort, but nah... I think Massa will stick around racing for Ferrari, WEC etc. He's reiterated that he'll not go back to driving for a "lesser" team. He can just go hang out with Kobayashi and Fisichella in whatever it is they're doing for Ferrari today.

Or just go kick his feet up in the beaches of Brasil the rest of his life... not a bad option if you ask me.

I gotta say if this happens, I might become a bit of a Ferrari fan. I move to just hand Seb the 2013 title now and begin 2014 early.

I would be very interested in looking forward to the No.6 car beating the No.5, that's for sure.

Yes, it's certain Ferrari will finish 3rd in the WCC this year.:D

It's 6 years to the day that Schui announced he was retiring for the first time and Ferrari announced they signed Kimi. Please do it again Ferrari!

I wouldn't be counting said eggs just yet. The way Perez was to beat his team mate, you've got a poor track record. I think Kimi's talents will show at Ferrari, but I also think his weaknesses will also be underscored. Alonso in my opinion is a far better driver.

So Raikkonen to Ferrari with Alonso, Hulkenberg to Lotus with Grosjean or di Resta and Massa to go back to Sauber to show this Russian kid how to drive.

Apparently, he's looking for another seat; but, personally,
I hope he stays within the "famiglia"!!
