A lot must have changed since 2009! Certainly interesting news if it plays to be true.

Or nothing has changed? I mean, we still have Massa who still hasn't completely recovered from his accident.
I guess it finally dawned on the powers that be at Ferrari that being loyal to him couldn't go on forever?

EJ also mentioned Kimi had a celebratory plate of penne alla vodka.

Seems a bit odd rejoining a team that pretty much dumped him. If it is true it must be an extremely good deal!

There's a rumour that Alonso and Raikkonen are basically just swapping places. Would make a degree of sense as I can't see Raikkonen playing 2nd fiddle. Surely he'll be wanting to win races and championships, not be the rear gunner? At te same time, I can't see Alonso taking a step backwards.

Alonso won't move to Lotus, I can't see him going technically back to Renault after their technical director is going to Ferrari. I like if Kimi does return, that leaves a nice open seat in Lotus.

An open seat for Hulkenberg.

2 top dogs in 1 team will be awkward for Ferrari.

Di Resta*

Edit: Di Resta and Hulkenberg, as I can't see them keeping Grosjean again either?

Grosjean should have been given the boot long ago. di Resta and Hulkenberg would be a good pairing.

They worked well together at FI I thought. And let's be honest we all want to see the drama and epic battles with Alonso v Kimi at Ferrari, Di Resta v Hulk at Lotus and Lewis v Rosberg at Merc; and if possible Dan V Seb at Red Bull (we can hope)

^^ that last pairing's battles would be quite controversial in this forum were it to happen.

EJ would do a better job as a stand-up comedian, the way he keeps hopping around as though busting for a pee each time he makes a (usually ridiculous) point.
