Yeah class from Lewis!! Poor grid spot, slow puncture, no radio, but boy did he pull some moves!

Hamilton MADE this race....what a CHARGE!!! Vintage Lewis, and all that for 9th place...

That's what I love about Hamilton fans, no matter what happens, no matter what he does or doesnt' score,
they ALWAYS make it sound like he's the only driver on the grid that counts!! :wavey::clap::wavey: Bravi!!

Wtf? Sorry but he was by far the most entertaining driver on track, if we did a count on overtakes, who comes out on top? I watch the sport for overtaking and racing, so isn't it natural to be cheering on the driver providing the racing?

Or maybe I'll mention Alonso, the man who again superbly passed his teammate via team orders and held on to 2nd place like a maestro. Yay congrats.

One thing I like about a Vettel victory is that the so called "Tifosi" at the track can go home and cry into their pillows. The WDC is over. :D

Ted Kravitz just reported on Sky that RedBull have had to change certain gears (and I think some seals) on both their cars gearboxes, but have been given permission by the FiA and will have no penalty.

:yikes:

He also said RBR are off to Barcelona with Pirelli this week to do a 1000km test with a 2011 car and Daniel Ricciardo........

Could somebody please explain to me why in the world RBR are allowed to break the seal on both gearboxes without penalty???

Because they provided evidence that they had physical damage.

Hows poor delicate sensitive Seb gonna handle the boos?

:hooli-popcorn:

Are you sure they will be loud enough to be heard on TV?

dont worry, 'boo' is same in Italian just more musical and louder

I know it's Italy, but MASSIVE boos for Vettel, embarrassingly so, and a HUGE cheer for Alonso.

Just wondering how you can take offense at something that I see as a positive trait!!
Also, on the off-chance no one has ever told you, sarcasm is a form of aggression!!

And huge cheers for Webber too!

Calm down Hammer, Sagi was paying Lewis and his fans a compliment.

Yeah I think not even Schumacher was as unpopular as this whenever he won races (anywhere in the world).

In text form, it can get very misleading. Which is why I make use of gifs and meme's much to WBurning's displeasure. :groucho:

Lewis without doubt provided the most entertainment in that race. That is exactly what racing fans want to see. Not a test driver in a car thats half a second faster than everyone elses.
Button was placed ahead of Sergio by the team at the stop, yet it was Sergio who was relatively faster and actually attempted passes.

Button brings absolutely no time to a car, Sergio a little ambition and aggression, yet Button has to give us his usual excuses.

Hulk in a Sauber shows what happens when drivers bring time to a car. Alonso did as well as he could do, shame we didnt see Alonso beat Massa on track.

Grosjean looked good

Great driving by Lewis, Id rather see stuff like that every race than points collecting towards a WDC. Maybe bernies medal system is the way forward afterall, with every driver going for the podium every race.
