When ever you hear the renault team radio its push harder, go faster, overtake him. What do they think there doing?
Do they think there staying in fifth gear? Maybe Fernando could reply by saying oo... ok i was just gonna sit in 8th but now ill go for the win.
I think if they say that as much as last year fernando will fight back.

I thinks that's not probably to happen. Briatore knows very well how to acquaint with Fernando. They were three-four-five years together and they got on well, they knows each other very well.
In this section Briatore is better than Ron Dennis

That's because Pat Symmonds has a cattle prod, he loved using it on Fisichella a lot.

Strange one that. I know Fisichella had a habit of settling into a slower pace during races, hence why he needed telling to speed up. I can't see Alonso doing that though... Maybe Symonds just likes to say it for the sake of it now. :P

Probably, wonder if he's been giving the prod to Piquet at all as well? :P

He might have already given that up as a lost cause

"Jenson's been pushing really hard like you should ave been since you're chasing him and he's gone off the road, push now and maybe you can...No, wait, he's back up to speed and still like 3 seconds ahead. Never mind."

Renault are a funny little team, they believe because of what Alonso had done for Mclaren he can do the same for them, but unless you give him an amzing care, he ain't givving you nothing? look at the Malasyian GP, gosh he struggled!

FA is the best driver, what he and renault achieved with double championships was amazing,

renault dont have the finance of the big boys, they do well with what theyve got

Alonso, as much as I don't like him personally, is a class act. I'm not certain he has the pure speed of somebody like Raikkonen and he sometimes cracks under pressure, but he is a brilliant racer, pushing the car right to its limit, getting the best out of it, is brilliant at overtaking, pushes the rules to their extreme when it comes to defending his track position, and is a brilliant as a test driver and setting up the car. He was no doubt more responsible than Hamilton last season for the development of the MP4-22. After the events of last season, he could not stay at McLaren, but from a purely driving point of view his departure from McLaren will have a negative effect on the team (how much so depends on how good Hamilton and Kovalainen can refine their test-driving abilities), and I would sooner have Alonso on my team than an unfit, lazy Raikkonen who drinks and sleeps away his immense talent. Alonso's ego and arrogance - which all greats in any discipline have - was probably always going to be a problem at McLaren with its policy of driver equality, but at a team with a 1-2 system he will be at his best, i.e. at Renault.

agrre completly MF

id rather have alonso or lewis than kimi, if they hadve got on mclaren would have the best driver line up no doubt, not that heikkis bad, hes very good and i like him

FA is an all round package, and is always committed, thinks how to improve, knows how to win, shame he tarnished his rep last year, but at least everyone knows how he is, there is no veil

yep, he may not be the raw fastest, but over a GP distance he is damn good!

imo of course
