What lies????? What are you on about?? I can understand your huge support for Vettel but I think you're missing the point . Cookie has said on many occasions that he rates Seb, I reckon he rates him higher than Alonso.

That doesn't excuse him or anybody from spreading lies.

And the lies and brain damage talk is not called for whatever anyone thinks of Vettel!!

If you think it's about opinions, please read again and see what word I use.
He is making claims, on a regular basis, that are factually untrue. You know, lies.
That's why I call him out on just that, on lies.

He doesn't lie, I don't call him a liar.
He lies, I call him what he is: a liar.

Can't make it much more simple.

:banghead::banghead::banghead: yes, you could make it simpler. I still have no idea what these lies are?

While we wait for the bieberettes to compose themselves, here is another thought

One could say that according to the analysis done admirably by Hughes, Lewis and Alonso's 'edge' is driver specific and is therefore very adaptable

whereas Sebs (according to Hughes' analysis is much less adaptable, being more reliant on a particular car setup a particular way (by Newey)

without it, well he was matched by Webber when his performance advantage evaporated and Webber aint that great
Now ofcourse one could point to Lewis and his preference for a brake material, but Hughes doesnt say Lewis' edge is carbon industries brakes, nope its late breaking, which can be done in the Top gear car, but a blown difusser cant be added to the Top gear car so we should find that Webber matches Seb on Top Gear

Mentioned several times throughout this topic. Mentioned on the previous page.
Repeated by this liar on this page.

Evaporated means Seb was no longer much better than Webber due to removal of his advantage.

Which, if you cared about a little thing called the truth, you should know to be incorrect.
You can reword it any way you want, it is a big fat factual lie.

:rofl::rofl: beiberette is now saying Hughes is lying and I am a filthy liar for not knowing it to be incorrect :rofl::rofl::rofl:

but the truth is Webber matched Seb when his tricks were removed, and the car is built around Seb, not Webber

Disregarding the lie about matching, Red Bull and Webber themselves have said the car was suited to Webber early 2012. Another lie.

:rofl: When Sebs blown difusser was banned, the car suddenly suited webber? Come on every dog has its day, even Webber can drive as well as Seb given a car that suits him- you just proved my point you idiot

That's not even regarding 2009, when the Red Bull was most definitely not built around Vettel, or 2010, when there was no such thing as an EBD. All very simple facts, that you wipe your bottom with to fulfill your sick need to lie.

Seb did not have the massive advantage over webber in those days, he has always been better but not as much as when the car was built around him and Newey gave him a trick :wavey:

by the way, when someone goes on about mental issues and filty lies etc etc, they tend to be voicing the inner issues they are grappling with

you really are a loser mate

Trust me, a pathetic excuse of a human like you is not an inner issue for me.
But that does not mean I will just let you live in this fantasy world of yours where you think lying is acceptable. And the fact that you are too stuck up your own bottom to accept your own behavior and try to push that on to me, only tells about how sad you are. The fact that you have no problem spreading lies, knowing full well that your statements are in direct conflict with the hard data, points to a mental issue. I can't make it any nicer than it is, it is not normal behavior.

FACT: Hughes says "Vettel's superiority over team-mate Mark Webber evaporated".
FACT: You keep claiming he says "Sebs performance advantage evaporated" and that "he was matched by Webber".
FACT: You are lying.

FACT: Red Bull and Newey said they build the fastest car they can, regardless of the driver, and that in early 2012, it suits Webber better.
FACT: You claim "it didn't suddenly suit Webber".
FACT: you are lying.

We could go on about the implied lies, but you have yet to show it worth the time.

 is that the filthiest lie you could find? Performance advantage instead of superiority?
This is too funny. Superiority is even worse for your argument, you half wit (apologies if you have real mental issues, not meaning to make light of it) So lets say when Seb lost his trick he was no longer superior to webber. So he was no better than Webber. 1 point to me

FACT: Red Bull and Newey said they build the fastest car they can, regardless of the driver, and that in early 2012, it suits Webber better.

uh? I didnt say it didnt suddenly suit Webber, I said it suited Webber more because there was no blown diffuser, almost by luck it suited Webber and he could kick arse. The blown diffuser being removed did not suit Seb. And the team quickly fixed that resulting in the car once again suiting Seb more than Webber 2 point to me, zero, zilch, nada, nothing to you

And those are the lies that have got you hormonal on an internet forum?
As much as I am enjoying this 'discussion' it feels wrong, like bashing andrew or something
I think you just got your arse handed to you :smmack::whip::whip:
:loser:

So even in the light of your lies, you continue?
Now anything not "superiority" is "matching"? What English school did you go to?
Seriously, is twisting words like that that the best you can come up with?

Pathetic. You are a liar and you know it. If you can live with yourself like that, I can only hope you don't do too much damage to those around you. Imagine having to trust a deceptive liar like you... To think someone is so comfortable in lying, is almost scary. What other connectors are you missing? If you have died so much inside that you can look at yourself in the mirror and be satisfied with your comfort in such deceptive behavior, that's your problem.

But when you come here to spread lies, you will find me defending the truth. I don't care who you sweet talk or who you bad mouth, if you **** the truth with lies, I will call you out on it. And if you ever get sick of me, the medicine is very simple: stop lying. You don't even need a prescription for that. Stop lying.

this is becoming unbelievably stupid, personal and unnecessary. Since an article cannot be debated maturely I'm locking the thread for a while.

I've unlocked this topic so that people wanting to debate the article by Mark Hughes can do so civilly. Please read this before continuing in this thread.viewtopic.php?f=7&t=12951

Learning to drive my car hard over the last couple of years has really helped with the car control skills. Doing an autocross in wet conditions actually helps to understand where the line is, where breaking points are and it happens at a slower speed, which means you've got more time to correct things and learn from it.

I can say that I understand the oversteer/understeer characteristics of driving a performance car close to the edge. The difference is that understeer is like Ohhh Shhhhhit... while oversteer is like OH s***!

One needs a lot more reflexive and intuitive quick input than the other to correct.
#371966
A lot of driving courses use skid pans to try teach controlling oversteer. I think what many drivers undersirable about oversteer is the unpredictability that accompanies it. You are never sure how much etc once the back end goes, which means one has to be a lot more adaptable and reactive than a smootrh understeer buildup.

Also it has been suggested that the reason Finns are generally so good with controlled oversteer is that they spend all their formative years on icy bumpy roads

Hughes mentions Lewis as an oversteer- loving driver in the lineage of Jochen Rindt, Ronnie Peterson, Keke Rosberg and Mika Hakkinen. But Lewis didnt have the icy roads as a kid

Some interesting insight on Vettel's driving and adaptability:
"His main strength is he is naturally gifted and has awesome car control and that allows him to drive a car on the limit with oversteer (when the front of the car has more grip than the rear) all the time - and that tends to be the quickest way in Formula 1."
