Massa obviously has struggled to get the tires working, Q's poorly because of that and then once in the midfield its all a lottery. He was very close to being dismissed but the team gave him a lot of support.

The tifosi are happy with Flavio? I actually think that would be the best move for a manager but can Ferrari wear the stigma?

And Button with his self serving politicking and neediness would kill the team if the car isnt perfect, which it isnt

Ferrari needs a little personality and putting Flav a Flav in charge to kick arse at the factory and Kimi in the car race weekends will be very interesting to say the least. Besides a good pit fight would do wonders for the morale of the team.
