Most people here know I'm a Felipe fan. But if I had to be totally honest, he has not performed up to his pre-'09 standards. The reasons may never be fully known, but the team has really given him every opportunity (and then some) to prove himself. The second car is not delivering enough and, the team needs to fix that.

The talk about who will fill the 2nd seat at Ferrari will grow, but this time it will probably result in something happening.

Drivers I feel are under consideration are Kimi and Jules. However I think the team would like to see Jules spend at least one season in a mid-field car. How good would it be to see Bianchi V Ricciardo in Torro Rosso's next year.

Ricciardo might be off to red bull so you might have to consider Bianchi V JEV

Personally I would rate Alonso A-,Massa C-,Team B+,Car B- and thats all I can bother rating.

And THAT is an indisputable fact!!
As far as I'm concerned, that needed to be done for expediency! They'd been racing
each other, Alonso had passed Massa; but, in the end, it was Alonso who was in the
hunt for the WDC, not Massa. This was a TEAM decision.

The beauty of it all is that there have always been team orders, even if they aren't
as overt as that particular moment!

Actually, I thought that was a pretty ingenious move!!

So, let me ask you this:

If YOU were underperforming at work, regardless of how many favours you were asked for,
how many chances would you get? Sure, let's say you pull up your socks and improve; but,
then fall back again. How long would it be before you were shown the door?
