Silver service sounds like a table setting/ waitress service.

I don't think dumf*cks particularly care about being called one....so long as a nice man sorts things out might be a step too far for some, but all those "computers for dummies" book ranges did really well. Generally if your absolutely hopeless with technology the 'experts' still start off pitching things too high. If you can't turn the computer on its no good going on about operating systems. So if you know the guy coming thinks your a dumbf*ck ,then maybe there's a chance you'll understand something he says.

I'll have a think about a name. Underneath the name it should say something like
