I don't believe Ferrari have infringed this season I was being a bit general there.

There was a recent drs infringement by Ferrari

An illegal speed gain over the other cars 3 times in a race with no time penalty

I am not sure they got the ok from Charlie to over ride the drs failsafe

IF you read the report, you would have seen that it was a mistake by the team, once they realised Alonso didnt use it unless he was told to - there were also other occasions he could have used it but didnt, because of this mistake according to the stewards - therefore he lost as much time as he gained.

Also, it made no difference to the result as a 20 second penalty would have left Alonso 5th.
