Christ, you can't win with a number of you sometimes! What was he supposed to answer the question with? Grosjean, Pic, Massa and Perez?!?

I genuinely don't see ANY reason to criticise what Schumacher has said here. A number of the responses on this thread smack of bitterness or something.

Plus, all of you have missed the point re: Rosberg - rather than criticising him or laughing at him for not mentioning Rosberg in the bracket of best drivers today, perhaps you should take on board that he's inadvertently admitting that he was beaten (though not always outraced) by a racer that he doesn't consider to be the best out there. Is that not a bit of humility?

Some of you really need to get over your anti-Schumacher bias.

Some things... probably the majority of things said on this forum are ridiculsarcastoutlandishitcrazy. Don't take it too seriously, as I'd bet most of us would stammer at the opportunity to meet and have a dinner and conversation with Schumacher or any of the list of drivers we love to hate.

Wel I'd give him hell for taking Damon off in '94! After he'd wined and dined me. Sorry, champagned and dined me :D

I wouldn't go to dinner with him. He eats with his mouth open. That's worse than poor grammar.

I don't think I'd go screaming fan girl mode if I met him...I've bet Webber, Fisi, Coulthard and Barrichello...and when I saw Alonso (this was during his Renault days) I saw no interest in asking for a sig. So yeah...no fan girl in me thankfully.

Maybe if I meet Bryan Cranston or Christian Bale....

ARE YOU DAFT MAN??? I wouldn't ask for a signature either... I said dinner and conversation! :whip:

You know the seriously funny behind the scenes crap these guys run across, that's worth biting you lip for. I mean, Vettel has to have some HI-larious shit about Helmut Marko that he can talk about over a nice breaking of bread.

EDIT: I lied, on further consideration, I'd have a pointy end F1 driver sign my helmet.

...Some of you really need to get over your anti-Schumacher bias.

Totally agree with you!! Schumi has set records that will set the mark for years to come!!
And, that's the problem, you see, so many of us "need" to have someone we love to hate!! :P

I'm also really sure you don't have a pro-Schumi bias :hehe:

The question is would you have supported him as wholeheartedly had he seen the same success upon his return with Mercedes? :scratchchin:

Honestly? I have thought about it! I would have loved for Schumi to get a couple of wins; but,
I'd still want Alonso/Ferrari to get both titles because my blood runs Ferrari red!! Image

You've passed the Tifosi test, had you said otherwise there's a few here that would have kicked you out of the tree house.

 Grazie!! Didn't know there was a pop quiz!!

Good to know there are Tifosi in every corner of F1!! Image
#366931
Only problem is they dont stay in the corners :P

To paraphrase Patrick Swayze (in Dirty Dancing):

Nobody puts Tifosi in a corner!! Image
