Yep, didn't seem to be hiding that they were driving past the bank of scotland and shops with thistle in the name so I dunno what they were up to.

So is anyone trying to watch Top Gear on BBC2? There's a poxy ping-pong game on that's running late. Why can't there be a thunderstorm right now over London?! :irked::banghead::thumbdown:

It's all rather annoying really.

Top Gear is back on? cool, I could use some chill out fodder. Hope they blow things up, and hit things with hammers.

New series started last week. It featured the fastest car on the planet - a Toyota Corolla. It's still on the iPlayer.

Annoyingly, tonights episode won't be on the iPlayer until after it's shown on TV (which will be God knows when thanks to the yawnfest that is Wilbledom).

Oh, you sure it won;t just be put up at 9pm?

I thought the tennis was over anyway. Trophy ceremonies don't take that long too.

Thanks for the info though.

At last it's finished!

WTF! watched TG on ipayer and driving the ferrari showing where you can drive it, he says he's 40 miles outside London but he's driving through Pitlochry in another country. I only recognised it when he passed one of the pubs.

I thought there was something not right there. On the TV pages, it said he was in Scotland driving a Ferrari then iduring hte programme they said it was Hertfordshire (I think). Lying barstwards.

I need a better job and my justice studies degree is doing jack sh1t for me.

Thinking about going back to school. Anybody know of some (relatively) quick degrees/certifications/etc that yield ~$50k/year??

This market has me going :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead:

Twas a joke....They got the most complaints they've ever got about that. People have no sense of humour, so why watch top gear, to anger yourself?

:hehe: I thought I was going to come on here yesterday and see people moaning about them saying they were in the Uk, when they were clearly in Gibraltar.

Interested in the financial sector? Take the CFA exam....you have 6 text books to master, if you manage to pass CFA Level 1, banks will like your CV very much. :hehe:

I'm honestly not that interested in the financial sector. The CFA website says I have to have four years of "qualifying investment work experience" to get their charter.

Thanks for the suggestion though :thumbup::thumbup:

You don't need all that for to work in the financial sector! All you need is a Lone Ranger style mask, a pistol and a trusty steed.

Really? I thought nurses were broke for like 10 years after school cuz of their debt. Pretty much how I am now so I guess much wouldn't change :rofl:

For CFA Level 1...you need no experience. You only get the charter if you complete all 3 levels.. and the last 2 is usually completed while you're working in the sector and your employer would sponsor you if they want you to move up the ladder. Passing Level 1 doesn't make you a charter. :P
