Huh? Donington 1993, Qualifying at Spa in 1994, did I imagine them?

No, I don't think so. But I was only four and five years old respectively at those times. And I didn't start watching until 1998

But recently, I mean. I may be proven wrong. But last year he definitely seemed to struggle a bit. Then again, there's the RA107 that could be blamed for that. I guess it's relative, really. A lot of the races I've seen, he's dropped back in the rain, from being up at the top. Though now that I think about it, he was in inferior cars in those times...

True but that was a lottery as to who hit that corner and aquaplained off before they brought out the safety car. Nothing you can do if your car is a boat

Not quite the same, Loads went off at that corner at Nurburgring but only alonso at that place in Fuji

He's not bad in the rain at all. But he's nothing like Jenson.

Yeah - Jenson's early laps at Fuji, where he set competitive lap times despite having lost his front wing, was about as impressive as anything I've ever seen.

yeah, hed been tagged by another car earlier in the race, it certainly wasnt working perfectly

Incidentally I got into a number of discussions about that particular aspect of Nürburgring that I didn't enjoy much, to be honest...
