Today driving home on the M40 I passed 4 Sauber F1 lorries. Don't know why but it made my day.

Today my computer goes away to be fixed. It'll be weird (in a good way) not having internet or any games during the evenings for a week.

I appear to have moved on from my jazz and classical singing days and now find myself fronting my very own hard rock band!

It all started when I decided to prepare a jazzy version of Feeling Good by Muse/Buble a few weeks ago. Got together with a mate, and realized that it HAD to have an electric guitar and drums. And with my guitarist and drummer both being in bands before (my drummer was in a reputable one amongst the Sydney wildlife), they ordered a bassist.

So we prepared the song in a few hours, and then sang it in front of over 150 people. It was a great hit, and now another concert has been organised where we'll be the main act for most of the night.

So we're now preparing Joker and the Thief by Wolfmother, Lonesome by Unwritten Law, and Pork and Beans by Weazer, and have 1 month to get it together!

It's so fun!
