the forum would be a trail of destruction the next morning. you could watch the people getting drunker with each review. (I know your not supposed to drink the wine when tasting, but I ain't wasting it)

Definitely up for that! But I guess a lot comes down to personal taste. And if you like it , that's good.

There's always a thrill of victory when finding a good cheap bottle of wine. Something not yet discovered because as soon as it is discovered the price goes up 50%.

You mentioned you don't like sweetness in wine, but there are certain foods, like spicy tuna sushi or just about anything spicy, Thai or Vietnamese that goes great with Riesling or even a Moscato.

Moscato is indeed very sweet, and I've had some only once. Never tried Riesling, but would love to, as it sounds like something I would like. So many things yet to sample!

Riesling is another wine that had a really really bad rep a while back, but there are good ones around.

Cheese is wonderful! Crisps are decadently good too! Dont like beer but that's just me. We could have a wine/ beer/ cheese/ crips testing session
