Whoa... I'm speaking me as belong to the species called men. Me belonging to the species called husband, I'm batting well above average so I'm perfectly happy. It's a good thing I didn't let my wife think too long about it after she said yes. Otherwise she could have changed her mind.

Put it this way RC... we all look at Lambo Porsche, Ferrari and such with mouths agape, but very few people that could get one, actually do get one. So there's a big difference between appreciating beauty, and saying that's what's right for you. See we're not such bad guys after all.

Comfort yourself in knowing the power of media/makeup/styling specialists have taken ordinary decent looking women from the streets and made them look like God spent way more time on them, when he actually didn't. Out of the 100 celebrity WAGS you see out there, probably 10 of them have natural beauty which most aspire to.

Nah, I see pretty girls all the time on the street, just it's different taking and posting pictures of them online then it is for people who are at least tactfully consenting to being publicised.

Also, it's something that is a common conversational theme, but I think that makes attractiveness appear over valued that it really is by people, many other traits are very important, but they are less socially acceptable, and practically harder to convey and discuss on an internet forum. Plus they take far more effort, to well, display, and feel, a picture is very easily posted and acknowledged, its easy to conceptualise.

My Porsche is 26 years old, hardly exotic. My wife is older and much more exotic in my opinion and I'm rather glad it all turned out that way.
