Bimmer were stupid to leave. The Bimmer team was coming along nicely.

Hmmmm, I remember them peaking with a solitary win in Montreal, and then falling away dramatically again in the following year.

But they did better than Honda though. I always thought it slightly odd that Honda left F1 after slugging away for so long. The 2009 chassis was looking like something special and they probably missed out there.
